Updating MET monitoring trigger

Lee Sawyer requested to merge sawyer/athena:Sawyer_METMonTrigUpdate into 24.0

Updating MET monitoring trigger to L1_jXE100. As this changes the monitoring output folder names, also updating MET web display config. Note that comparisons to reference will not work until a new reference run with these changes is used.
