Egamma ART updates for 24.0

Jean-Baptiste De Vivie De Regie requested to merge ATLAS-EGamma/athena:24.0_gARTTest into 24.0

Fixes and updates for the EGamma ART tests have been put in main (MR 71677 and 71915) but they should have been included in 24.0 also. This MR does this
