Use HepMC::uniqueID and HepMC::status with xAOD::Truth classes (Part 1) following MR !71935

Using the new HepMC::uniqueID and HepMC::status methods introduced in !71935 (merged) in the code manipulating xAOD::Truth classes under the PhysicsAnalysis top level directory.

This merge request also highlights a few places where logic relies on specific values of the soon to be deprecated barcode values. Tagging @averbyts and @pclark to comment on this.
