Move selection of Muon Track offline DQ histograms to expert directories

A selection of histograms in the offline Muon Tracks data quality monitoring webdisplay are to be moved from the shifter Z and Jpsi directories to the expert directories.

By ommiting the output path at the histogram definition, the output falls back to the output path defined in the dir bracket above.
