Remove the usage of signal_process_vertex from the MenuTruthThining and GenericTruthThinning

Remove the usage of signal_process_vertex from the MenuTruthThining and GenericTruthThinning, as the signal_process_vertex should not be used due to the problems with reliability. See AGENE-2264.
