Migrate Generators packages to use HepMC::uniqueID (following MR !71935)

Using the new HepMC::uniqueID and HepMC::status methods introduced in !71935 (merged) in the code manipulating xAOD::Truth classes under the Generators top level directory.

Also fix includes for GeneratorFilters/xAODMuDstarFilter.
