Remove trigger block in TauVertexFinder in TJVA algorithm - not supported

This MR is going to remove an unused piece of code corresponding to running TJVA algorithm in TauVertexTrigger when running in trigger mode.

This option is not supported and also switched off by default, plus an additional protection to prevent this is also part of this MR.
