TriggerAnalysisConfig: Add more prescale options

Filip Nechansky requested to merge ATLAS-EGamma/athena:prw_cfg_prescale_options into main

Adding more option for trigger prescaling. One thing to consider is if there should be check that trigger in prescaleLumiCalcFiles is compatible with prescaleTriggersFormula, but I would hope that the tool itself gives reasonable error if they are not.
