TrigHLTMonitorAlgorithm.py: Remove Egamma from RAWonlySignatureList as a correction to !70041 (merged), as HLT monitoring with EGamma enabled does not result in a crash later on when running on a latest AOD without recently removed AODCOMM trigger containers.
