Set memory requirements for two SimCore tests

Tommaso Lari requested to merge tlari/athena:artmem into 24.0

The two tests take O(3 GB) memory per core and they are likely to fail when running on TRIUMF, as noted in ATLASSIM-7190. This should fix the issue.
