Link measurement to truth association to measurement container.
requested to merge goetz/athena:TruthAssociation_main_link_measurement_to_truth_assoc_to_source into main
Add link from measurement to truth particle association map to the measurement container that was used to create the association map. And check when tracks are associated to truth particles with the help of these maps, that the measurements on track are compatible with the association maps.
