TriggerCommon: override MC global conditions tag in unit test

This MR is overriding the MC global conditions tag in a unit test, forcing the use of OFLCOND-MC23-SDR-RUN3-05. Otherwise, we pick up OFLCOND-MC23-SDR-RUN3-02 from the input RDO file. Now that !70941 (merged) has been merged, there is a mismatch between v02 conditions and the new L1Calo conditions present in v05 (ATR-29566). Forcing v05 avoids the mismatch. The better solution will be to produce a new RDO with v05 conditions, but this will have to wait.

I took this opportunity to update the input file used in the Lvl1MuonSimulationConfig unit test, and dropped superfluous flags.
