TRT: delete superfluous code from TRTMonitoringRun3ESD_Alg.cxx

On Friday, while working on !72059 (merged), I copied (instead of having moved) some code from our ESD algorithm into the RAW algorithm, which resulted in the histograms of the same name being defined in two algorithms. Not fatal, but no bueno either. This MR deletes the superfluous code from the ESD algorithm, fixing ATLASRECTS-8021. Tagging @cgrefe.
