PyDumper+TrigEventAthenaPool: Adjust printing of TrigMissingET.

Remove printing et() and e(). These are calculated from ex/ey/ez, and the exact result can depend on the platform.

Fixes failure seen in TrigEventAthenaPool on aarch64.
