TrigAnalysisTest: fewer threads is faster

Hello,

This MR is reducing the number of threads used in the offline monitoring of a trigger ART test. Amazingly, with fewer threads, it runs MUCH faster (reducing from 4 to 2 threads divides processing time by 2...). This should fix the recurrent timeout (ATR-29608).
