Two changes in ZdcMonitoring

  1. added all-event (including problematic ones) diagnostic histograms for monitoring of ZDC LED calibration stream
  2. deleted obsolete initializing file (ForwardDetectors/ZDC/ZdcMonitoring/python/init.py) that's causing errors

Remark: This change has been merged into Main but not 24.0. See the merge request !69928 (merged) for the former.

For merging into 24.0, I rebased the Cherry-pick branch locally and pushed to my fork of athena. Requesting to merge the cherry-pick branch from my fork into 24.0, as par instruction from @tstreble Marked urgent since this change is needed for ZDC-calibration-stream reprocessing.
