TauTrig: reduce number of monitored chains
This MR is meant to remove monitoring for some chains not crucial for data taking:
- T&P chains with lep+tau80
- tau0 pt only chains
- single leg chains using “perf” + legacy L1
- HLT tau80 + LRT chains
- HLT tau200 + LLP chains
The purpose is to reduce the amount of histograms produced/processes during reprocessing/web display creation
