Test recording reference tag on DCube web page

• Test simple way to record reference release tag in directory name, as described in ATLINFR-5423.
• The nightly name is included in the Reference root file name near the top of the DCube page.
• Also try to include reference idpvm.root files in # art-output so they can be downloaded from the link on the DCube web page.

Only do it for this one test at the moment, so we can see how well it works in practice.
