Draft: Beamspot constraint for segment fitting (and various plotting improvements)

This MR adds an optional beamspot constraint for Phase II muon segment fitting. The beamspot constraint is not applied by default, and does improve the track resolution when applied. This MR also includes some additional validation plots for segment fitting, which may be wrapped up into a separate tool.
