TrfTestsARTPlots, TrfTestsART: Remove CA TRF option, delete some outdated and not used tests

This MR removes the --CA TRF command line option in many tests and deletes a few outdated and not used tests in the TrfTestsARTPlots and TrfTestsART packages.
