Draft: Update run4 trigger menu

This MR updates MC_pp_run4_v1.py with the latest run3 menu Physics_pp_run3_v1.py, aiming for more realistic Phase-II rate study

  • Update primary and support chains, keep the representative ones and ignore the backups and those with minor differences.
  • Add newly developed chains that were not included.
  • Add lowest threshold chains for Phase-II study - those begins with the comment "Phase-II"
