This MR simplifies how the Truth decoration alg is scheduled in IDTPM. While testing I struggled with this command: runIDTPM.py --inputFileNames=myAOD.root --trkAnaCfgFile ef_track.json as it ignored the analysis Cfg file entirely. The other change is to make the tool to complain rather than fallback to default.
