TrigP1Test: raise warning threshold in debug stream test

Hello,

Following the update of the RAW data file (!72593 (merged)), we are getting many more warnings in the debug stream test. We exceed the current threshold, which makes the test fail (ATR-29684). This MR raises the warning threshold.
