Make the FPGA workflow script run as ART tests for more events

This changes will make FPGA workflow to run over more events in ART

Caveat, at the moment there is a crash in evnet 231. Once fixed we'll enable it for all 1000 events in input RDO. Addresses also: EFTRACK-521
