Properly fill output tau in TauCombineMuonRMTausAlg

Thomas Strebler requested to merge tstreble-main-patch-26894 into main

Tau container filled in TauCombineMuonRMTausAlg actually stored taus with pT=0. Switch to makePrivateStore to ensure proper copy of input tau.

Also set original object link for MET computation
