Adding TRIG9 Derivation

Aim of this MR is to add a new derivation stream called TRIG9 to perform tau trigger level studies. Given the poor coverage of HLT tau related objects in PHYS , the tau trigger group would be interested in having a separate derivation stream selecting e+tau and mu+tau events with tight event skim similar to the event selection in the T&P analysis used to measure tau trigger SFs. This would allow to save only fraction of the total events and adding HLT/L1 Tau containers in the derivation output
