AthContainers+AthContainersInterfaces+AthContainersRoot+xAODRootAccess+xAODCore: Add IAuxTypeVector::getDataSpan().

Add to IAuxTypeVector a low-overhead way of getting a span over the vector. To be used for linked variable implementations.
