The new FW implementation of the STGC-TP includes additional data that in its readout stream. This new data correspond to the raw MM segments that are received by the STGC-TP. The modifications to the software decode the data from the readout stream and fill in the RDO data.

In order not to break the EDM in the future (@sfrances @jojungge), I include preemptively the fields that are expected in the upcoming versions of the STGC-TP l1a stream. The fields correspond to the strip-trigger data, and the strip-trigger segments
