Add Jpsi+2mu and remove Upsilon+2mu in BPHY13

We add Jpsi+2mu and remove Upsilon+2mu in BPHY13. A full-charm tetraquark below the mass threshold of di-eta_c can decay into Jpsi plus two muons (3-body decay). We should not overlook this possibility.
