Fix bug in L1Calo Jet Trigger Efficiency Monitoring algorithm that placed commas into TEff names. This resulted in issues with the DQMD web display and post-processing done locally. Also, removed triggers are no longer in the menu to avoid populating empty TEff plots to the web display.
