Introduce new common tracking ART steering scripts
To avoid having to update N times the tracking ART scripts when the Reco command needs to be updated, introducing here some new common steering scripts, which can be reused for different input samples
Starting with this only for the data15 and ele10 GeV tests, to be expanded later to all tests when confirmed to run successfully
