TrkiPatFitter: Suppress warnings

Edward Moyse requested to merge emoyse/athena:24-ATLASRECTS-7515 into 24.0

As discussed on https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLASRECTS-7515 and ATLASRECTS-7528, we are suppressing these old warnings until someone can work on it properly.

I have commented the warnings in the code, so we can easily come back to them.

(Replaces !72981 (closed) which was against the wrong branch)
