use TH1D in PhysVal

In PhysVal, when running on a large run, we hit the limit of TH1F (around 1E7 entries per bin). For this reason, we are moving the 1D histograms (and only these) to TH1D.

We need this MR to be propagated to rel25 and rel24. This is flagged as urgent since it is needed to finalize the validation for the reprocessing of data 2022/23 with rel24.
