Use sumpt2 for jet-weighted vertex sorting

Teng Jian Khoo requested to merge khoo/athena:24.0-Trig-FSVtxSumptw into 24.0

In !71992 (merged) addressing ATR-29435, I missed out the toggle to use the sumpt2 rather than sumpt for vertex sorting. Should not really cause much difference, but best to be consistent.

Fixing this required a couple of functions to be renamed to match.
