Rm l1 leg tau: ATR-29302

  • moved the last meson TAU+EGamma chains to the MC Menu
  • moved the last L1 TAU legacy items to the MC menu
  • updated the list of the L1 items l1EBitems = { 'PhysicsHigh' } (removed the L1 TAU legacy item that was still there)
