MuonR4 Segement validation - add segment & IParticle dumper variables

  • Introduce MuonRecObjTester. The algorithm persistifies the segments & tracks from the legacy & R4 cahin into a single n-tuple. On simulation, the truth muons are additionally dumped.
  • Streamline branch naming of the SpacePointTesterModule. Esnure that the Identifier is filled. Add field to also dump the phi channel of the space point.
  • Switch-on the hough deweighting by default
