MuonConfig: Add xAOD PRD to muon ESD output

Edward Moyse requested to merge emoyse/athena:main-output-muon-xaodprd into main

This actually writes the xAOD PRDs to ESD. Eventually (for production) we should lock down the names, but for testing lets just dump them all (especially since I think the names will change).
