Update IDPVM ART reco tests RDO inputs

Temporary update of Tracking ART tests RDO inputs, as discussed in ATLIDTRKCP-614

Uses RDO files produced by sim+reco tests with 24.0.55

Also removes ele 5 GeV reco test, which doesn't have a sim+reco equivalent. Tests should ultimately be made consistent when inputs from central MC prod are available
