Draft: Add FTAG5

Tomohiro Yamazaki requested to merge toyamaza/athena:addFtag5 into main

Adding new FTAG5 derivation with

  • 1L skimming
  • InDetTrackParticles with |z0|sinTheta<6.0

This allows us to reconstruct D mesons in the W+D calibration for c-jets.

We also plan to use this for SM analyses with the same D reconstruction (e.g. ANA-STDM-2024-11).
