Displaced Jet Trigger: Remove redundant data prep

Data preparation is being run in view for second stage LRT, even though there is also a dependence on the fullscan track container in the view data verifier.

ATLASRECTS-8007 is being caused by DJetLRT, with the handle becoming null for unclear reasons. This may fix this issue (but not certain). The failure has not been reproduced offline so not possible to test in advance.
