ATR-29269: b-jet trigger dev menu cleanup

Removing the following b-jet chains from dev menu following ATR-29269:

  • HH4b test chains before the jet threshold downshift
  • DL1d and dips test chains
  • L1BTAG test chains

In total 118 chains will be removed by this MR.
