Add muon dets to DarkJetPEB event building
The Muon detectors were missed when the Dark Jet / Semi-Visible Jet PEB chains were implemented earlier this year. These detectors are essential for the SVJ+l analysis. This MR adds these detectors.
As documented in ATR-21596 (Comment by @mmontell 2024-06-07), this leads to only a modest increase in event size (25%, 350 kB/evt to 440 kB/evt). No changes in event rates are expected.
