Update neural networks for diphoton vertex selection for Hyy analysis

This MR updates the neural networks for the diphoton vertex selection for the Hyy analysis. The current version uses the neural network trained with run 1 data. The MR will change the default flag and switch to the new NN trained using run 3 data.
