Remove TrigTauMatching tool - outdated
This MR is meant to remove the "TrigTauMatching" tool. This tool is currently outdated ( see https://gitlab.cern.ch/atlas/athena/-/commits/main/Trigger/TrigAnalysis/TrigTauAnalysis/TrigTauMatching?ref_type=undefined ) and not used by any analysis since we rely on central provided trigger tool for trigger matching.
