MuonR4 - Introduce twin tube map for upgrade studies

  • Make use of the twin tube conditions object introduced in !73667 (merged) in the RDO -> PRD conversion. Code is shared between the legacy & the Phase II software. Differences arise due to the changes ordering of the prepdata objects. Before, they were ordered by these artificial long numbers. Now they're ordered by identifier.
  • In terms of upgrade studies, this allows us to equip the full spectrometer with twin tubes.
