Modifying L1Topo Simulation and Monitoring config files to include comparison with Hardware

Modifications in the config files of L1TopoSimulation and L1TopoOnlineMonitoring to include the results of the Hardware L1Topo and the Sim/Hdw comparison in the output monitoring file.
