Fix IDPVM resolution phi wrap + q/pT unit

Small issues spotted as part of IDTPM vs IDPVM validation by @maparo :

• no 2PI phi wrapping for phi resolution
• q/pT not converted to GeV-1 as for q/p, leading to wrong pulls
