SUSYTools - Electron DNN ID fixes

Some fixes in SUSYTools when configuring the new electron DNN WPs:

  • For the Loose WP, we should fall back to the LooseBLayer SFs as spotted by @taoki
  • Some adjustments in the names when the noCF variants of the WPs are used
