rework of ZdcRecConfig to utilize the existing work on ZdcNtupleCfg

This MR reworks the ZDC CA configuration to properly utilize the existing work on ZdcNtupleCfg already done by @tstreble a couple of months ago, to solve the problem of several tools not being added to the ZdcNtuple algorithm.
