TrigT1CaloMonitoring: Add standalone option for running l1calo monitoring

Standalone partitions use hard coded SMKs or other adhoc menu configurations which cause issues for the automatic deduction of the trigger config.

Provide a cmd line option to run in "standalone" mode which uses the default menu for the current release.
